Bit
of Hope Ranch is a non-profit facility (501c3) whose mission is to
Reach,
Rescue & Restore
broken children, families & horses
through
programs that build
mind, body and spirit. |
| The
Ranch has developed programs over the last three years that have
offered hope and healing to children that have been victims of abuse,
neglect, grief, or hehavioral challenges. Our rescued horses
often carry the same scars--making them a bridge to healing and
restoration. |

Because
of generous donors, the programs are offered to the kids and their
families free of charge. The Ranch sees over 1500 child
sessions
each year. It takes 75 volunteer hours a week to
mentor these
children and care for the 16 horses and other small animals on the
Ranch. |
| The
45 acre Ranch is located in Gastonia, NC. The facilites
include
walking trails, a stocked pond, bonfire pit areas, barns and covered
riding areans. We offersessions for kids and families, Movie
Nights, Family Nights (Cowboy Church) and Summer Camps. Each
event is designed to build and restore mind, body and spirit. |
